Site admins only
This report is for the site administrator.
Staff & access
These are two separate roles. A site admin runs the whole site. A course admin (the Instructor) runs one course; an editor (TA) helps with its students and marks. They are independent: a site admin is not automatically a course admin, the same person may hold both (and then appears in both places below), and different courses may have different course admins. Only a site admin can appoint site admins and course admins.
