What kind of address is this? — read the prefix, and the address tells you its job

Every IPv6 address wears its purpose in its leading bits. /n is Session 10’s prefix notation, unchanged: FE80::/10 means the first ten bits are fixed. Read those bits and the address stops being a wall of hex.
